The payoff is VOTES! If your group votes en mass for Bloomberg, he’ll have the city agencies look the other way. If these photos aren’t proof, then what is?

You’ll get special treatment, as the expense of everyone else in the city. Now, if someone is forced to walk in the street and they get hurt, will Bloomberg pay out of his pocket when they sue the city?

If they get run over by a car, will Bloomberg take responsibility, since, after all, he is the Mayor, and it happened because he flaunted the law!

Now, if you know a homeless person, tell them to start building shacks like these. And yes, since Bloomberg is the mayor of ALL the people, they won’t be discriminated and get their shack torn down by the city. In fact, the bigger the better. Take a look at the photos of thes violators and tell your homeless friends that in Bloomberg’s NY, it’s okay to break the law!

Did you get a summons or ticket from the city? Which department was it from: the NYPD, the Departments of Sanitation, Buildings, or Fire? Was it from the NYCHRC or a myriad of other agencies?

And what were you ticketed for: Dirty sidewalk? Not leaving the gutter clear for D.O. Sanitation to sweep?

Do you own an outdoor cafe? How much did you spend for YOUR license?

How much did D.O.T. fine you because your cafe was six inches over the line?

Do you own a fruit stand in Brighton Beach, Brooklyn? Were you fined because your stand was out too far according to the city?

Or do you live in BayBridge in the Bronx? Were you fined by D.O.T. because your car stuck out of the driveway onto to the sidewalk six inches?

How about the Traffic dep’t? Did they ever ticket you for blocking a fire hydrand or crosswalk?

to come, but first, we set up this blog to tell you that under Mayor Bloomberg, the law is not being enforced the same for everyone. There is discrimination of the worse type in NYC.

Now is the Jewish holiday of Succoth. If you look at the photos of these succas you’ll notice something: NOT ONE IS LEGAL!!! And not ONE has gotten a ticket, not ONE!!!

They violate the U.S. Constitution, on the grounds of separation of Church and State. They are forcing their religious beliefs on others by illegally blocking the sidewalk, and NOT ONE HAS BEEN FINED for it, NOT ONE! They have NO PERMITS, and all complaints to the aforementioned agencies have been either ignored, or lied about. People are forced to use illegal walkways and walk in the street like dogs or second-class citizens.

D.O.T., which is in charge of the sidewalks, doesn’t send ONE agent around to these areas to ticket them.

Could it be because the head of D.O.T. is an Orthodox Jew, and he feels that his religion superceeds the law, the law that he is paid to uphold? Think of the MILLIONS of DOLLARS that the city is cheated out of in permits and fines, the same permits and fines that YOU have to pay for!

Why the racist discrimination and humiliation that is being heaped upon those who are FORCED to pay, and FORCED to walk in the street because ignornat racists have decided with NYC’s consent that they don’t have to abide by the same law as everyone else on this holiday?

The A.C.L.U. has cases against cities that display a Christian symbol, but here the A.C.L.U. is silent? Does the A.C.L.U: stand for anti-Christian Liberal Union?

Where is the A.D.L.? Are they are ready to scream bloody murder at what they call anti-semitism, but here, they don’t want to know about it?

Where is the NYPD? The cops either lie and say, “the permits are in the City”, when in fact, they KNOW that there are no permits! Why would cops lie about permits? Why ignore the very violations that they are sworn to enforce?

In fact, ALL NYC agencies have ignored this gross outrage, but will penalize EVERYONE ELSE! Racist politicians, to be named later, said, among other things, “it’s only for a week” when told of this outrage. Only for a week? Let their families be humiliated. Let the rest of the city be fined, and the violators get “special treatment”. We’ll comment some more on this as the “holiday” continues.

Hmmm, seems that the “religious” people who put up their succas without permits (which they CANNOT get under the law!) don’t live by the Ten Commandments!

How can you profess to “love” your neighbor, when you treat him like a dog to walk in the street endangering himself and his family?

Where is the respect for other people? For the LAW? How can you CHEAT the city and your fellow citizens by illegally putting up a “succa” while the REST of the City has to pay for permits?

The other question is, why is the city allowing this outrage to happen every year? Why is the city breaking the very laws they apply to EVERYONE ELSE? Why is money being stolen from our pockets by not issuing huge fines for these outrages? Why are city agencies ignoring the laws that they are PAID to enforce? Who is issuing the command to IGNORE THE LAW? Why is NYCHRC ignoring the same laws that they apply to everyone else?

Do these have fire inspection safety permits? Ans: NO!!! As you can see in one of the violators, they are blocking a fire hydrant! Tickets? Not in Bloomberg’s Racist city! Where are cops? Where is the fire department? Who is telling them to ignore the SAME VIOLATIONS that they’ll issue a fine to you?

If you have complained and gotten nowhere, tell us whom you complained to, and we’ll publish their name and agency! The outrage must end!!
